ABOUT HELLO, MORE LIFE PLEASE

We were travelling long before we started writing about it.

Two friends. Different everyday lives. One shared love of going somewhere new.

Not with a content plan. With a suitcase.

We didn’t start travelling because we had a travel blog. We started a travel blog because we were already travelling.

Travel is the moment when schedules, numbers, appointments and endless lists of things to do can wait. When we can slow down, get curious and simply enjoy being somewhere else.

Sometimes we travel together. Sometimes separately. That’s why you’ll find both I and we in our stories — two lives, two perspectives, one shared love of going somewhere new.

Sometimes carefully planned.
Sometimes not so much.

01

We plan it ourselves

Flights, hotels, rental cars, routes and all the little stops in between.

02

We let someone else plan it

Because sometimes life is busy, we’re tired, and a package holiday sounds like a very good idea.

We’re perfectly fine with both. If we planned something ourselves, we’ll tell you. If we didn’t, we won’t pretend we did.

“We didn’t spend those trips creating content.”

Most of the photos on this site were taken long before HELLO, MORE LIFE PLEASE existed. Some are beautiful. Some are definitely not. Sometimes the photo we wish we had simply doesn’t exist, because we were too busy actually being there.

This website started almost like a memory album — a place to collect the trips, little moments, mistakes, places we loved and things we’d probably do differently next time.

Then we realised those stories might help someone choose a hotel, plan a road trip, decide whether an attraction is worth the money, pack better shoes or simply make one part of a journey a little easier.

Not the perfect way to travel.
Just the way we actually did it.

The good decisions, the questionable ones, the places we’d return to tomorrow — and the stories that still make us laugh.
